Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to AVTOBRAT purchased through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited (the Merchant of Record).

Subscriptions are digital services billed monthly in advance and grant immediate access to premium data upon payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made after cancellation.

Because the Service grants immediate digital access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for a period that has already started. However, we will provide a refund where required by applicable law, or at our discretion in cases such as: a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a documented technical fault that prevented you from using the Service. A refund request for an unused subscription made within 48 hours of purchase will also be considered.
